I can’t say enough great things about BioTechs. They are always professional, prompt, and incredibly respectful during a difficult situation. The team explains everything clearly, handles the cleanup thoroughly, and makes sure the spaces are completely safe and restored. Their attention to detail and compassion really stands out, and pricing is always clear upfront with no surprise charges or fees. I highly recommend them to anyone needing biohazard services!

BioTechs answered our call in the middle of the night when we were distressed and in shock with our unfortunate circumstances and walked us through the process that would happen and were here next day promptly and were thorough.

The crew was incredibly helpful during a very difficult time. We experienced an unexpected passing, and the team answered on the first ring at 3 a.m. They were compassionate, patient, and willing to work with our timing when we needed it most.
